Worst service ever! I won't use this poor delivery service anymore. The courier do not give receipt to the seller, you guys should learn from Anteraja, they give receipts as the proof of pickups, and their couriers are really nice, I have been using their service for 5 months. The first time I use this miserable ninja service, the courier force me to hand up the goods that hasn't show up on his phone. And since that on I will never use this horrible service, until you guys learn to be better.

The worst expedition, they dont contact the number that given in parcel but they say they dont meet anyone in parcel's destination.

The shipment too long, can't track the package, don't know where the package is.

It's common sense that the office is closed on night, but they always send the packets at night ! They never tell me first when they will deliver the package, so I cannot afford to standby when they deliver the package. There is once that they confirm that the office already close and we agreed to meet at Monday, but they just deliver it at Saturday when it is weekend and the office is closed. I'm really disappointed with the service, I seldom write a review, I just write it because the service really make me disappointed.
