Puzzled by other people's review of this courier. Most of the time I'm using free delivery cost from Tokopedia it should arrive 3-5 days, it always arrive 2nd day, 3rd day once and if its from other parts of bali it will arrive the next day. Compared to other courier that is free from Tokopedia this is the best courier as it can be tracked down. Probably the online CS need to be fixed in their telephony service but I don't know this because I never need to call them.

I want to know how many courier was working in this company..

I haven't receive my package yet but the status is already set to delivered. The courier is super disappointing.

Paket dikirim sejak tgl 27 dari surabaya tapi sampe tgl 29 gaada kabar ketika ditrack. Anehnya sih kenapa jne dari bekasi bisa sampe Bali cuma dalam waktu yg sama pake paket reguler. Sicepat kalah cepat

Buat kurir yang nganter paket ke Tabanan mantap bener dah (y) sampe sampe di Foto dan di kirim ke WA oleh kurir nya

CS Melayani sambil makan indomie??? Walaupun lapar sekali dan kondisi sakit. Tp tetap lbh etis untuk tidak makan di front desk.
