I visited the warehouse when one of my package had some trouble during the receiving. The place was quite messy, quite a lot of rubbish laying around, but maybe understandable due to the hectic week of online shopping. Two security guards were on stand by in front of the office and were very welcoming to my inquiries. I met one of the person in charge and he explained in a professional manner thay they were trying their best to solve the problem. I was quite disappointed, but they handled it quite well. Just hope that it won't happen again and hopefully no one needs to visit them because of the same problem. But otherwise they were quite friendly so don't hesitate to contact them.
