This is the worst courier service i have seen. They updated their system that package is delivered but i have not received it. I managed to get hold of the courier phone number and these guys are rude and unprofessional. He said im on the way to your place now but never turned up. I called again and he doesnt pick up the phone. Cannot trust this kind of courier service. My package came eventually and the whole package was soaking wet.

The worst courier service. They keep incoming packages in the office at least for 24hrs. Result a package takes 1 day or so from JKT to Bali and 2 days to run the last few kms to final destination.

Better than Pos Indonesia but service quality was getting worse than before. Staff throw the package, avoid sending or receiving fragile package. FRAGILE sign means nothing in thus country anyway.
