Last time i went to JNE, there's something trouble with the system and they decided to process my shipment manually. The problem after all of the manually process is they contact me and told me that they can't find recipient's address. That time was the second time i send stuff with the same address.

Not very well managed. There are a lot of times you have to come to their facility to acquire your package. Hearing complaints from other people that their package is in a logistical black hole while you're waiting for them to find yours is not very encouraging.But in the end, I got my hands on my package in a relatively timely manner, in one piece. Which is nice.
